TOHL has created a not-for-profit branch in order to be able to solve humanitarian needs through TOHL’s innovative solutions as efficiently as possible without having any potential conflicts of interest between profits and social impact. All of TOHL’s values and culture permeate all branches of TOHL’s business, both the profit segment and the not-for-profit segment. The only difference between TOHL, Inc. and TOHL, not-for-profit is that the driving force behind these shared values and culture is more concentrated in profits in one sector and social impact in the other sector. Combining these two segments into one entity is difficult; therefore TOHL separates the two on paper in order to generate the greatest impact overall.
