TOHL is primarily a service-based company who provides installation, operation, and removal of tubing and pipeline infrastructure. TOHL specializes primarily in pipeline installation, but in certain applications, operation & maintenance of systems and removal of systems is also offered. TOHL provides any combination of the following three options through negotiated contracts with clients:
- Installation – TOHL installs complete systems as well as partial systems depending upon the needs of the client. This involves the installation of the tubing itself, the pumping systems, the fluid purification & treatment systems, and control center systems.
- Operation & Maintenance – When TOHL operates one of their tubing systems, there is always a specific period designated for the operation. TOHL provides basic system maintenance and basic security for the system. Although a contract may be extended following an operation, at this time, TOHL chooses not to offer open-ended operation and maintenance contracts.
- Removal – Following a temporary operation, TOHL provides contracted removal of systems. This mitigates any environmental impact that would be caused otherwise. An operations contract often will also have a removal contract appended.
